		Ribbon of Compassion This ribbon is for those in the Counseling field. The awardee must have truly gone out of their way to help out a fellow crew member.		Details
		Scheherezade Award Named after the mythical heroine of the Arabian Nights, the Scheherezade awards the intricate story-crafting which is displayed within Obsidian Fleet. This goes beyond simple matters of spelling, grammar, and legibility; rather, it is for the obvious effort put into posts to make them enjoyable to read for all members of a platform and not just as enjoyment for the writers who created them – for telling a tale within a tale as they weave their own story within the greater plot of their simm. 		Silver Star The crew member who demonstrates supreme postings, posts often, and plays his/her character "to the hilt" will receive this award. Arguably considered one of the highest honors a crew member can receive.		Details
		Tactical Superiority Award Presented to individuals who play a major role (or even solely) develop new tactics and/or combat manuevers while in ship-to-ship combat; not to be confused with the hand-to-hand award, which is similar.		Details
		United Federation of Planets Pip Only a very few and elite people have ever attained this prestigious honor. To receive it, a person must single-handedly save the Federation from imminent destruction.		Details
		Character of the Year This award is given annually in January of each year and is decided upon by nominations from ship COs. Sample posts are not required, but reasons for the nomination are. Sample posts should be available upon request though.		Details
		James T. Kirk CO of the Year This award is given annually in January of each year and is decided upon by nominations from Task Force COs and Task Group COs. One CO is chosen from the nominations recieved. Reasons supporting the nomination are required, but post samples are not.		Details
		Outstanding Character Award This award recognizes the efforts put forth by a crew member; as recognized by his/her fellow crew members, and Commanding Officer.		Details
		Outstanding Commanding Officer Award This award recognizes the efforts put forth by a Commanding Officer; as recognized by his/her Task Force Commanding Officer.		Details
		Outstanding Executive Officer Award This award recognizes the efforts put forth by a Executive Officer; as recognized by his/ner fellow crew members, and Commanding Officer.		Details
		Unit Award of Merit - Bronze For exemplary service by a sim as recognized by the units Task Group Commanding Officer.		Details
		Unit Award of Merit - Gold For overall exemplary service by a sim as recognized by the Director of the Office of Fleet Services.		Details
		Unit Award of Merit - Silver For exemplary service by a sim as recognized by the units Task Force Commanding Officer.		Details
		Unit Commendation To honor a Unit who shows exemplary participation, connectivity, and skill.		Details
		William Riker XO of the Year This award is given annually in January of each year and is decided upon by nominations from ship COs. 		Christopher Pike Medal of Valor (Fleet) This award is nominated by and voted for by the Zodiac Fleet Membership to identify the Game Master of the Year.		Details
		Purple Star (Fleet) The Purple Star is awarded to a person who has made a significant contribution to Zodiac Fleet, but is no longer involved with the fleet.		Details
		Legion of Honor (Fleet) This award is a commendation for a Zodiac Fleet player who has gone above and beyond in the past year for their game and the fleet.		Details
		Legion of Merit (Fleet) This award is a commendation for a Zodiac Fleet player who has gone above and beyond in the past quarter for their game and the fleet.		Details
		Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry (Fleet) This citation is awarded to the players involved in the Zodiac Fleet post of the year.		Details

		Presidential Unit Citation (Fleet) This citation is awarded once per year to the Zodiac Fleet game of the year.		Details

		The Circle of Galaxies Award (Fleet - 20th Anniversary) The Circle of Galaxies Award is a special dispensation awarded by the Federation Council recognizing maturity and dedication to service. 		Speed of Light Award (Fleet - 20th Anniversary) The Speed of Light Club was a club for Starfleet personnel. The prerequisite for entering the club was that a Starfleet member would fly three hundred thousand kilometers per second in level flight on a Starfleet cruiser.
