Greetings Sansa and Captain Jones

I am pleased to inform you that Phase 2 is now officially underway.

The selection process for the Seals has been completed, and the chosen candidates have been successfully processed and loaded onto their transport vessel, the U.S.S. Ravenscar. As planned, the Merlin will rendezvous at the pre-arranged coordinates in two days. After the rendezvous, my team and I will provide a full debrief, medical files and assistance to ensure the rest of the voyage proceeds smoothly.

Fay and I will be personally accompanying the Seals for the remainder of the journey to ensure everything stays on track. We are both looking forward to seeing you soon and getting the new colonists established in their new home. Fay is once again enjoying cohabiting the body of Miss Blackwood, who is also eager to see you again.

Fay informed me that her people are also eager for this next phase of the mission to proceed.

We are in final preparation for departure. I will provide a further update once we have left the Sol system. Your official order from Starfleet Command should also be arriving shortly.
